Children are very welcome but must be quiet in the animal sections. \nOur tours are run by a team of dedicated volunteers and take up to an hour and a half\, looking around the whole site and animal sections\, including our intensive care unit\, baby bird unit and aviaries. You will also get the wonderful opportunity to observe a hedgehog that is in our care and learn about their time here and some hedgehog facts too. We also have a small gift shop and interactive children’s area in our Reception which you are very welcome to browse during your time here.
